What is the Turnaround Time for a Bridal Gown?

Some Gowns have a turnaround time less than 6 months where others may take as longer as 6 to 8 months. Allow yourself plenty of time to choose and order the gown you love.

How often do Sample Gowns come in?

We received the latest styles from leading designers seasonally. Our sample sizes range from 2-28 and in plus sizes.

What is your Return Policy?

As Customer Service is Our #1 Priority, we will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However these gowns are special ordered and cannot be cancelled.

Alteration Questions

Do You Offer Alterations? Yes we do! All Alterations are done in house, your dress never leaves our store. 

Is my dress stored on Site? Yes it is.  In matter of fact your dress never leaves and is stored until the day you pick it up.

Do You Do Outside Alterations? Yes we do.

Do I Need an Appointment for Alterations? Yes you do. When your dress comes in you can schedule your appointments. We request when you do come in to bring your shoes and undergarments with you. It is best to bring them to all your fitting appointments.

What are the Costs for Alterations? Prices can vary depending on the type of Gown. However we do place a cap on our Bridal Gowns and Bridesmaids Gowns.

Do I need an Appointment?

First and Second Fitting Appointments require an appointment, as well as when you’re ready to pick up your gown.

How should I Prepare for My Appointment?

Take some time to look through magazines and websites so you have a general idea of what you prefer in a wedding dress. Our website has useful links to some of our leading designers that can help get you started in the selection process. Although, our experienced knowledgeable Bridal Consultants may also have some recommendations on style and fit that you will love. It is helpful to bring some undergarments like a strapless bra and Spanx if needed!

How do I Pay for My Dress?

When you place your dress order we require a 50% deposit. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash. If you are requesting that we ship your gown out of state, your balance must be paid for in full, plus any shipping charges that will apply, before it can be shipped out to you.

When the dress arrives here and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule your fitting appointment.
